Why All The "FRACKEM" in Battlestar Galactica?

Answer: The F-Bomb Now Costs $325,000 To Say On The Airwaves. The Federal Government just increased the price for saying the f-word on TV or radio to $325,000 in the U.S. this year. What happen to free speech?

I could say "Monetize on-demand dynamic complex processes" in the right context and have it censored. Just don't let it catch on or they will fine that word too.

What's the difference between Starbuck saying "Frackem" and 'Fuck them", if it's used in the same context?
