US Army screwing wounded soldiers out of their benefits?

A soldier honored twelve times during his seven years in uniform, Town has spent the last three struggling with deafness, memory failure and depression. By September 2006 he and the Army agreed he was no longer combat-ready. Whether you are for the war or against it, we should all agree that taking care of the returning and wounded soldiers should be a national priority. Is the ARMY mis-diagnosing soldiers to screw them out of their benefits, and in some instances CHARGING them $$?
